Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is wonderful. The teachers and administrators are focused on educating the children, communicative with the parents and kind and respectful while doing both. It is a warm and nurturing environment and we are thrilled our daughters will benefit from the rigorous academics. We applaud Blessed Sacrament for staying focused on what matters most. We LOVE this school! We are new to the school this year [2010] and after touring several central Denver schools, Blessed Sacrament distinguished itself by welcoming us with open arms, kindness and genuine concern for each child that attends their school. I have had experience with both the pre-school and the Kindergarten (and compared to others) I give this school 5 stars if I could give them 7 stars I would! Parent #1: With all of the curriculum, there is a balance between the teacher and aide leading the approach and an opportunity for the child to learn on their own through free play. The children receive Art, Music, PE, and Spanish in separate classes.
Parent #1: This is a very strong school with core academics, Spanish taught from PreK-8, specials classes 1-2 times a week, strong parent community,volunteer hours, peer buddies, and a diverse student body.
Parent #2: An amazing program for 2 1/2 years through 8th grade. The basic curriculum is well-balanced between play and learning, plus they receive Spanish, Art, Music and PE. All the teachers are warm and caring, and parents are encouraged to be involved. My 4 year old has had 2 excellent field trips this year. Love the school!
